I recently bought my new watch at Beyer and I could enjoy perfect service and nice atmosphere. I have been a long time customer for various occasions such as sales and after sales and service and I can only recommend Beyer as professional and customer oriented. I also had a look at the museum downstairs and I must say it is quite unique. I think it is nice to still have an independent dealer on Bahnhofstrasse with such an amazing history. Thank you to the Beyer team !

If you need a watch ore jewelry, this the THE PLACE. Friendly service, all big brands of watches. There must be a reason why this store is the oldest watch store in Switzerland!

Bought my first Rolex from this store during a family vacation to Switzerland. Unlike the Rolex boutique a few blocks down, the staff at Beyer were very professional and friendly. They took the time to show me the pieces I was interested in, and were very informative and patient with me. Had a great experience and highly recommend them!

I just want to brag about my experience at Beyer. I got my first Rolex here and I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received here. Karin was super helpful and knowledgeable about every single details of different watches. I feel that I was treated like a valuable costumer. You may say \you are buying Rolex and you should be treated well\, not the care in USA at least. I have had several big purchases and my experience has not been nearly as fantastic as in Beyers. I highly recommend this place and I am looking forward to get my next Rolex when I go back to Switzerland.

Poor Service! I wanted to place myself on the list for a Rolex. The staff was laughing at me. Bucherer was so kind and fulfilled my expectation. Arroganz and comfort has no space in this industry anymore. Without being the owner of the building and having the Patek Store this company would be struggling. It’s a pity since I would love to support a family owned business.
