I absolutely loved my stay here. As always the staff made the difference. All the staff starting from reception, night time security, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff was very helpful. All staff working in the concierge were very helpful from get go. But I must especially thank Stefanie for being a friend during these 8 days I stayed in the hotel. She has a very friendly nature, and treated me like a good friend, more than a customer. I also really like the restaurant waiting staff. Thank you for an excellent service. You made my stay in Zürich a very comfortable one.

We went in the bar just for a drink the other day. Friendly service, a nice selection of beers and smart decor. Recommended.

A good and cosy hotel slightly off the main city of Zurich by about 10 minutes but well connected by train and public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Amazing place! Food,drinks and service on a very high level
I've been here before and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, this time, my expectations weren't met. The breakfast is great and absolutely worth it The staff is friendly and ready to help - The rooms on the side where the church is, are under a constant barrage of bells ringing. Every 15 minutes from 7 a.m. to midnight the bells will ring. That made sleeping quite the task. If you are going to book be sure not to be on room 260-270 (This didn't happen the first time I was there) Overall a fine staying
My son and I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Hotel Spirgarten. The staff at the reception, Stephanie, is extra helpful and she has a very good sense of humor! We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was well kept everyday and the hotel is well located to transportation and shopping areas. The square has activities in the week we were there. It was fun!
