Great place, fair price. Dorin was efficient, precise and did it exactly the way needed. You can also book online. For people visiting, they speak many languages. The retro barbershop decor adds to the good craft.
This was a major mistake going here. I came in for a simple haircut with Andrei yesterday and I am terribly disappointed. Unfriendly, hostile attitude, and a messed up haircut is what I got. First, I asked for a shorter version of the haircut I walked in with. Now, I literally have a big tuft of long hair in the back of my head and a patchy fade. The blending is terrible, I have visible demarcations and sudden chunks of hair. Since the mirror is quite far away from the seat I couldn't see and realized it only when I reached home. To say it’s the worst haircut I ever had in my life is an understatement. Next, I was not treated with the same level of service and respect as other customers... and I don't know why. I was made to feel unwelcome from the initial contact - the man who entered the shop after me had a very warm welcome ….but I didn’t. Then, the jerky gestures made me feel like he actually didn't want to cut my hair -- and on several occasions, when I asked him to repeat his questions he just lost patience which was rude and disrespectful. I understand that everyone has good and bad days… but when deciding to run a customer facing business it is key to remain professional and friendly with ALL your customers who are paying for a service. I never wrote a review, but I’m extremely unhappy this time. I will never revisit nor recommend this barbershop to anyone - ever.

Zürich's most authentic barbershop experience. Very well located at 10 min by tram no. 5 from Bellevueplatz. Good prices, nice and relaxed atmosphere which will definitely make you become a loyal and regular customer. The stuff is very friendly and they do their job with passion and with highest attention on details. Keep up the good work guys.
