Worst insurance ever. I'm trying desperately since over one month to cancel one contract submitted in their onine portal by mistake. They didn't reply and despite all my calls and emails (I have written proof) they did not delete the contract. Now I might be in the situation of having to pay two insurances because they didn't delete this contract and the one with my current insurer is still active. Stay away from this company. You might get attracted by the competitive rates, but the awful service you will get will totally offset it!
Very easy to find place. Cordial reception and the secetary took time to explain things thoroughly for me. Their offers are also the best. Will surely recommend.
The worst insurance of all. poor customer service, they leave you on hold for 10 min and hang up on you. they do not respond to e-mails. Keep your fingers away from the additional “Zusatzversicherung”. They use any method to extend it for another 2 or 3 years without your confirmation. They send you invoices without details and when you complain, they never listen to you. If you are on this insurance, always ask for a copy of the termination of the contract, as judicial evidence at the time of a dispute.
Not honest and a clear example of how cheap becomes very expensive. Or that's what it makes you believe. After 5 months of signing the contract, they sent me extra bills out of the blue even though I was told numerous times by them that everything is ok with my papers and that I'll pay exactly what we discussed. Very ambiguous information and a tardiness for which they conclude you have to pay. Then again it's also the country which allows services like this to exist...

I agree with below comments that they send bills with no reason and even paid bills are not reflecting. Paid phone lines and no response in English. Worst customer service no response to emails or phone. Don't go for cheap insurance as its not after I had additional payments and within 1 year contract
