Wanted to charge me 50 chf \Emergency fee\ for same day appointment event though there was no one waiting in lobby. I told the receptionist the medicine that I needed prescribed and the Dr. refused to prescribe without seeing me. If you need a Dr. in Zurich, best to ask a local pharmacist for a recommendation.

The worst experience in my life. I would have given no stars if I could. First I had to wait more then 20 mins. Then the doctor kept running in and out of the office. Then she did not not stop talking. It was so difficult to get a word in. All she wanted was to push medication instead of finding healthier solution. Left in a state of absolutely traumatised.

Noch nie habe ich Google-Kommentare abgefasst, in dem Fall finde ich es nötig, im Sinn einer Warnung. Die mir zugewiesene Aerztin, Frau Z, Ostblock, der deutschen Sprache kaum mächtig, zumindest nicht in dem Masse, wie sich dies gehörte für diesen Job. Kommunikation ein Fremdwort. Ohne Worte macht sie Abstrich, als ich sie frage, was sie damit beabsichtige, sagt sie trocken : Pilze. Und dies, obwohl ich ihr zwei Minuten vorher erklärt habe, dass dies bereits geschehen sei beim Hausarzt, darum sei ich ja hier… Ich sagte ihr also, dass eine solche Analyse nicht zum Ziel führe, worauf sie die Plastikdose mit dem Abstrich, wieder ohne Worte, aber mit theatralischer Gestik, in den Kübel warf... Äusserst befremdlich, so ein Verhalten, und das in einem Aerztehaus, welches sich, zumindest was das Logo anbelangt, betont schweizerisch gibt. -\u003e Einmal und nie wieder.
