This is the place to go if you are looking for intense and result-driven workout. There are three types of classes, all equally intense and effective. The instructors are very passionate and motivated, full of positive energy. You will be always welcomed with a smile and courtesy. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided free of charge, which is quite handy when you don't want to carry heavy gym bag at work. Changing rooms and showers are very clean, machines (spinning bicycles and Xformers) are cleaned (I believe disinfected) after each class. Highly recommended.
