Super friendly service. Hubby hurt both knees and needed emergency crutches. At 7:30 in the morning, they were already open and able to help me in English. I rented crutches for the day, and they had an order ready for purchase by 16:00 this evening! Amazing!

Wollte kurzerhand und notfallmässig eine stark blutende Wunde versorgen lassen. Anstatt die Situation zu erkennen, drängte eine Mitarbeiterin zum Kauf einer Wunddesinfektion. Der Chef selbst verschwand gleich wieder im oberen Stock und das \Fachpersonal\ wusste offenbar nicht wie man mit einer Wundversorgung umging, bis dann schliesslich eine Apothekerin kam und die Situation erkannte. Ich verstehe nicht warum ausgebildete Leute so inkompetent reagieren.
