Visited this shop for two reasons: to get an estimate on servicing my Rolex Explorer and to be educated on the Tudor Black Bay GMT. The owner of the shop couldn't rush me out of the shop quick enough; apparently, as i was dressed in jeans and a backpack, I didn't look \serious\ - a word he repeated several times during my three-minute visit. He couldn't give me any specifics on either question, nor did he take the opportunity to show me models that appeared close (in the case of the Tudor), which I could see in the display. Wouldn't spend a franc in this shop - the owner exemplifies why many consider luxury watches to be lame. Purchasing a watch of this caliber requires a bit of deliberation, not simply strolling in and making a decision. Doesn't walking through the door in of itself demonstrate intent? Definitely go elsewhere.

Ein wirklich schönes Uhrengeschäft in Zug, der Inhaber Adrian Rösselet berät einem persönlich und ist sehr kompetent! Zudem findet man immer wieder Rolex Uhren, welche sonst nicht verfügbar sind.
