This electric vehicle and several more like it hauled us, and all our luggage up through the streets of Zermatt to our hotel. It was quite a job for the crew to move the bags belonging to our large tour and get us all up there. Careful professionalism made this possible and nothing was broken, lost, or damaged. To protect the pristine air quality in Zermatt so that all can enjoy the Matterhorn, all vehicular traffic in town is by electric vehicle.

Unreliable taxi service. No show for 7 am pick up reserved 3 days ahead. No apology email. We had to scramble to find another taxi company (Taxi Bolero). Almost missed our train back to Zurich, which would have caused us to miss our flight back to the US.

Sehr freundliche Zentrale, das Taxi war zu der vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort. Die Preise sind Ortsüblich und waren ersichtlich an dem Taxi angebracht. Sehr zu empfehlen.
