How refreshing, a luxury ski chalet company that actually delivers on its customer service promises. Quite apart from the wonderful time we had in Zermatt, we were taken care of from the first phone call enquiry. Their staff couldn't do enough for us. Ski passes, lessons, ski hire, flights, creche facilities, were all sorted out for us, we didn't have to do a thing. To top it off we had a couple of days with Dan, out on the piste, who did his very best to show us all the best places to ski and introduced us to a couple of first class mountain restaurants. We became good friends and outside of the holiday experience, we will stay in touch. Needless to say SkiBoutique will be our "go to" company for all future ski holidays. Highly recommended. Thanks for making our hard earned two weeks in the snow, THE perfect experience.
