Great hotel: a classical mountain chateau with wooden walls with all modern (and very new!) furniture/lighting/fixtures. L’Occitane cosmetics. Outstanding garden to enjoy your coffee or a glass of white cold Pinot. Impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in Zermatt! The rooms are very inviting and in a modern cozy chalet style. The breakfast is nice - various delicious fresh breads! And the service is very friendly, attentive and helpful! It's not a big hotel like maybe some other ones in Zermatt but definitely a recommendation! I hope that we'll be back soon!

Fabulous and cozy hotel! Friendly and chatty staff, delicious breakfast and beautiful views. Located close to the bus stop to take you to the ski slopes so in a great spot. Great with kids and family, clean and good size rooms. Would highly recommend staying there!

our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It truly made our mother daughter trip special. Can’t wait for our next visit.
