Amazing service! I couldn’t reset the password of a Mac Book Pro anymore. The store manager guided me through the reinstall of the operating system. And all of that even though the laptop wasn’t even from Revendo! (He even cleaned the screen. :-o)

Don’t trust this shop. They offered me a phone with no damage except some scratches on the back. Once I received it faceID was not working. I brought it back to apple shop and after diagnosis it appears that the phone was I contact with water. Revendo claimed that water damage occurred after I bought the phone so warranty cannot applied. Thanks !
