I ordered and paid over two weeks ago for an Allegro invisible trekking bike through TCS. Colag, the supplier, phoned last Thursday to say there had been a problem and they did not know when, or if, there would be more of the same bikes in stock. They agreed to phone me back to propose an alternative model which they have just done this morning, Thursday, apologising for the delay - they had been overwhelmed by customer enquiries. I am hoping to be able to agree on an alternative model today and to receiving it in 10 days time. All in all whilst it has been a worrying few days, Marco from Colag customer service has restored my faith in Swiss quality customer service - not an easy task, I accept, during these difficult days for us all. The final star will be awarded once I finally get my bike !
