Beautiful products, amateurish management, some ugly comments during the buying process. All paper-related items bought to them for one year I had the occasion to go here, except one book plastic protection which I wished smooth, and which they did not have; knowing: several times note sheets and printer sheets, several four rings classificators and their related twelve pack separations, hundred sheets removable protections, twenty sheets definitive protections, two Plexiglass squared rules (sold about CHF 20.- for 20 cm), two gums, two pencils, two pencils sharpeners, and high-end quadruple perforator and 100 sheets agrafer. Madam Hayaz is the exception of this paper shop, in the high meaning of the term: She is polite, and knows perfectly her shop orders manuals. The three other main sellers in this shop are rather rigid and cold, and are able to add to that: some displaced comments behind me or even in my front when I was ordering for nice, pretty high prices (for an individual); almost crazy. For temporary not-remunerated employees, that were not tolerated, and for full employees, that should not be tolerated even once. The tickets are detailed with a generic denomination «Papeterie»; impossible to manage for them, as for any one. That was a bad management practice. The communication from their shop to their on-line store: Absent. -Account not always needed for an order, what is generous but bad for them, but not all orders let: generally over CHF 40.-, even for some badges protections. A client having bought an order had to be registered in their base, to benefit a client number, and so, to have the ability to pass another order on-line. Not done. Finally, when not knowing how works an agrafer, sold in shop, they redirect me about this ’60 year-designed agrafer, which gives bad feeling to the stomach as it is so old-fashioned. That written, most of their products were expected for a high-end paper shop.
