We ordered a fire rated door from this company and we had a horrible experience. We paid extra to have the door shipped with \freeze protection\ to have the door delivered on a climate controlled truck just to receive the door in a regular truck on one of the coldest day of the month under freezing temperatures. Due to the quality and wrong and missing parts delivered an installation that usually takes 3 guys 4-6 hours to install it took a team of 5 people more that 12 hours to install. I would definitely not recommend this company to any of my clients in any future projects.
