This second ticket had me here to leave a review. Very dubious and money-hungry company is all I can say about this company. As others have mentioned in their reviews, seems to me like they are always hiding and preying. Unfortunately, I forgot to show the ugly visitor card parkon GmbH have issued to the tenant which I actually have in my car, and within no time - they left the ticket. Just remember parkon GmbH; what goes around comes around ;)

Super fast response to my inquiry and they were really friendly. Can't agree with the negative reviews on here.
A lot of comments in German, let's do one in English then. They are just ridiculous, I left the car in the parking lot for 5 minutes to get my daughter from the KITA and the guy was already doing the fee. He was just waiting for somebody, I will never pay this fee because it is not correct. Poor company which try to earn a bit of money out of people that work hard to get it. I read all the other reviews, it is quite straightforward that this Company should not be legal, it should not be allowed to exist.
Parked in an area with free parking for 30 minutes. Was there for just on 5 minutes and came out to a fine that was put on my windscreen within 2 minutes of me arriving. There is no requirement to register for free parking, but only to pay for parking if it exceeded 30 minutes of time. The Parkon customer service email agent originally said I had to pay from when I arrived (obviously not true with 30 minutes free parking...) and then changed her tune to that I needed to register the free parking (also not true as per the meter stated regulations of only having to get a ticket when staying longer than the alloted free 30 minutes) She also wouldn't provide any evidence that Parkon were even allowed to do this when actually catching people who had not paid for parking longer than 30 minutes or who had exceeded their paid for parking time, stating Data Protection issues. How would anyone know if they had the right to issue true fines or not then..! I am sure there are some fines that are justified , but this company should be taken to court for the way they unscrupulously try and extort monies off people on (untrue) technicalities even when there was no parking violation. If they chase me for this fine, that is exactly what I will be doing and will be happy to be the test case. Edited: Furthermore lots of single reviewer quick 5 star reviews to try and bump up the companies Google rating. It would be sad if it wasn't so transparent.
Liebe Leute aufgepasst von dieser Firma. Parkon ist skrupellos und schickt gleich eine 1. Mahnung mit Mahngebühr ins Haus. Bei meinem Fall waren die Bearbeitungsgebühr CHF 19.50.-. Die Umtriebsentschädigung wie Parkon es nennt ist nichts weiteres als eine Parkbusse. Nur kostet die Umtriebsentschädigung CHF 50.- also CHF 10.- als die gewohnte Parkbusse vom Bund. Völlige abzocke. Bei meinem Fall wurde die Busse nicht an meinem Auto angebracht oder wurde von jemandem entfernt. Seitens Parkon keine Kulanz bezüglich entgegenkommen der Bearbeitungsgebühren.
Hier wird auf fremden Grund perfide Kasse gemacht. Kontrolliert wird nur, wenn das Geld klimpern muss. An allen anderen Tagen ist es der parkon völlig egal, wenn die Parkplätze belegt sind. Ein superbequemes Geschäftsmodell! Damit es nicht ganz so bequem ist, und der Fantasie-Preis der Entschädigung nicht im Schlaf verdient wird: Nehmen Sie einen neutralen Einzahlungsschein und schreiben Sie keine Nummern auf diesen. Obschon die parkon (selbstverständlich) das Gegenteil behauptet, ist dies völlig korrekt.
Unprofessionelle Firma, die weder eine Telefon-Nummer publiziert noch in irgend einer Weise auf spezielle Umstände eingeht. Der Kassensturz sollte diese mal durchleuchten.
