Wrong product sent (same use, but different brand, costing double, so for the same price i I received half the amount). They were very prompt in apologising and called me, however instead of offering to exchange the product and send me what I ordered, they offered that I keep the expensive product and re-order the cheaper one (which they would send me porto free). Needless to say, I will buy the product I wanted from another shop and definitely not buy again from this website, even though I have to admit they were very nice over the phone,.

Kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschliessen. Allerdings bitte etwas weniger aufgesetzt freundlich. Ein \älteres Semester\ in der Bedienung vermisse ich seit einiger Zeit. Dies würde der Atmosphäre gut tun, da in diesem Verkaufssegment die Lebenserfahrung doch wichtig ist.
