I would highly recommend booking with Alpine Holiday Services! They are incredible on so many levels. Rachel helped answer dozens of questions for us in lots of back and forth emails, helped with family friendly hiking plans, and even summoned the janitor to retrieve our daughters favorite toy she threw off the balcony and on to the apartment below ours. We have stayed with them twice now and would absolutely stay again for our next trip to Wengen. They are the best!

Beautiful, new complex (Panoramapark) with high build quality apartment rentals. Spectacular views across the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We were in a top floor penthouse apartment with heated floors, top-grade appliances, spacious decks, rainfall showers, an elevator and private laundry and sauna in the ground level. Another outdoor elevator at the back of the complex reduces uphill walking and puts you closer to the center of town. All in all - a very high quality complex.
We have used the services from Alpine Holidays on a few occasions and have had wonderful holidays in the same chalet. Excellent service in a perfectly wonderful apartment that was spotless and everything that we had asked for. Everything was what we had hoped for from a perfect alpine holiday. We shall definitely use Alpine Services again.
My family had a wonderful time staying in a luxurious 3 bedroom chalet/apartment in March this year. The place was exceptionally clean and the towels and bedding of high quality. The welcome toiletries were also a pleasant surprise. We were very well looked after by Rachel who is very friendly and helpful. It was also great to have the Alpine Holiday Services shop available near the station when we had questions. We’ll be coming back next year!”

Although Wengen as always was perfect and apartment was great, the service from Alpine Holidays was not good. Very uninterested in any questions we asked ( took ages to reply to email questions or actually didn’t reply at all) short and unfriendly. We have used Homes Away that have a office in the Main Street and they are so helpful and answer any questions straight away. Thankfully we had Fabulous snow and sunny days.
We have stayed in Wengen six times with Alpine Holiday Services (AHS) and rented different chalets on each occasion. The chalets are fully equipped, finished to a high standard and always immaculately presented. The photos on the AHS website are 100% accurate and up to date. The owner Rachel Padley and her team are super responsive when it comes to sorting out anything regarding the chalets or helping with your Wengen holiday in general. If you do happen to need something that isn’t already in the chalet chances are they will have it at their office. Just give them a call and they will drop it off to you. This is easily the best self catering accommodation we have stayed at anywhere and is more five star hotel than AirBnB.
