Great hotel, good rooms, friendly personell, verry good food in the restaurant Equo 1706 breakfast and diner. But there are some flaws we had a room at the 4th Floor in the beginning of september and it got verry hot. But when we kept the window open to cool the room down lots of musqitos would fly in. There was no other way of cooling the room down therefore we had a room which was too hot. Futhermore there is something of a spa in the hotel but there were dat to many massage rooms most of which were never in use and the sauna's weren't hot like they should be. The herbal sauna was only 36C and the Finish Sauna was only 60C which is way too low for both types. This way we did not have a drop of sweat in either sauna after 15 minutes. I can understand if you want to conserve energy but this is not the way as it is corroding the whole spa experience! Lastly the breakfast was far to crowded the last two days we spend there on the last day there was no table for us and we had to wait 20 minutes and come back. This is not the fault of the hard working staff in the restaurant trying tot manage all tables. But rather a planning issue. They say that due to corona they have less tables available but this is not the problem as there are simply to many guests for the restaurant staff to manage at a given time. It would be beter to implement some kind of sheme were guests reserve a place in a certain time window for breakfast in order to spread the stream of guests and prevent the overcrowding of the restaurant. If it wasn't for these issues above the hotel would be given the full five stars.

Very warm experience. The girl in the counter is very kind. Also the spa area is really relaxing. Food in restaurant is really good, both dinner and breakfast. Thanks for the memorable experience.
Hello everyone. We stayed for 3 night by mid of September at this hotel. Main pluses: a) Good location - close to the lake b) Good restaurant and the breakfast - good choice of food c) Positive reception d) Professional cleaners Main minuses: a) Disappointing decision of management to have only 2 housekeepers (cleaners) for the whole hotel (!) - around 30-40 rooms. It was a pity to see only 2 women cleaning the rooms. That is why our room was cleaned only after 18:00. Clearly, managers could hire more cleaners. Obviously, this might be a source of COVID-19 risk becasue you have only just few persons in cleaning. Their labour is not expensive, please hire more - hotel was fully booked so you have finance to do that. b) There were demolition works (destruction of a building) across our rooom. I'd inform the guests or would apologize by giving a compliment or something like that.
Average hotel, not recommend for kids....did not adhere to coronavirus restrictions....breakfast area was jam packed with no social distancing at all

We wanted to try the restaurant, but there were no places during our stay.
The person at the desk offered to stay beyond her work hours so that she could receive my lost baggage. Who does this?!!! Amazingly nice staff.
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed friendly service, great food and a superb location. We will be back and highly recommend to those that would Like to experience nature and friendly people.
