Terrible experience. This lady at the desk today totally declined to speak in English. She even refused to read the SMS they sent to me to understand what the issue was. ZERO English. Even my grandfather in India (who would be now 103 yes old, and studies upto 3rd grade, would have been able to read and understand the issue). I haven't yet met anyone who is under 30 yes old that can't do basis English. First time! Hope it's the last time.

They offer you a better price when complaining about performance but upc never tells you that your contract will be extended by another 12 months without any confirmation. Performance still bad ... the call back option is a fake - an incompetent sales guy calls you to just tell you that technical support will call you ... never heard again from them. High criminal energy of the sales team to get contracts extended, bad service and rude employees in the hotline! Leave as long as you can! Übrigens euer Social Media Team ist glaube ich in den Ferien - Anwort in Weltsprachen wäre auch etwas weniger erbärmlich wie Robot-Antworten

Just adding to the 1-stars for the worst company I've ever dealt with. Useless.

Worst internet provider ever. Daily issues with the connection or their crappy TV box / router. The router they provide is not capable of IPv4 port forwarding and other basic functionalities are missing. The TV box is heating up and acting weird after a time and it's getting slow. When you have issues, waiting time is minimum 30 minutes, but allocate usually one hour and the support person might just hang up the phone on you - 'it was interrupted for some reason, I don't know why'.

Almost 6 years good for me but this last year the bad one in the switzerland,for me now CABLE COM have minus ZERO (-0) Star. I whant so fast to go away from this company, It will hapened soon :(((((( Cable com

one of the worst, if not the worst internet provided in CH. Customer service really bad. You will only face issues with them.
