After many deliberations, my initial lost package was sent again and arrived one month after to my address, which i do appreciate. However, this was after many investigations and back and forths with their customer service and Swiss post. This to me means zero trust in customers and a lack of professionalism.

I received an extra bill because they say that I did not pay an amount of 24chf. I sent the proof already 2 times. The first time I was exchange an email with Florian Licodia, and he stopped answering after I sent the proof of the payment. After 1 week I received an extra bill because they continue saying that I did not make the payment! I call 2 times and the first time they said to send again the proof, and I did that and nothing, no one replied. I called again and the client support told me that someone would contact me Friday morning and until now nothing!! That's awful client support. I will never buy from them again!
Great online shop! I can get all my \haarprodukte\ in one spot and their website is in German/French/English! Delivery was quick and best of all free.
