Just a MESS with this RECEPTIONIST so called MPA. Very unprofessional!!! They are following the rules like machines, no human social competence!!! Absolute disaster.! I can only recommend Doctor W.R. (With other Doctors no Experience) she is a very good one and very acknowledged smart and a huge experience and knowledge in Medicine.

We’re patients here since 2017 and are pleased with the health centre. All the pediatricians are nice and competent. The GP are also good. I see they frequently have new doctors there who don’t seem to stay, which is bad for new patients as the more established doctors do not take new patients (which is very common in Switzerland). The ladies in the front desk and lab are very friendly, everybody speaks english. I don’t see a person exclusively in charge of the front desk and I think that’s the reason they don’t answer the phones and the front desk is frequently unmanned, for a center this size this doesn’t look professional. In any case I always get a return call in less than 1hr. The website is super useful for scheduling appointments. All in all I reccommend monvia Wallisellen. Maria

I have been to this clinic several times and have seen two of their doctors. Everyone there, from the staff to the doctors, is friendly, personable, and most of all, helpful. I have had two emergency situations and both times I was seen immediately. If you take the time to register yourself as a patient before you need to schedule an appointment, everything will go smoothly. I can highly recommend this clinic to anyone who lives close enough to get there.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliche Ärzte (Frau V. Egloff und Fr. Dr. med. Wegener sehr zu empfehlen). Sehr flexibel mit den Terminen und meistens kurze Wartezeiten. Man wird ernst genommen und gut behandelt. Auch sehr offen für Naturmedizin.
