I bought a year of travel insurance but it didn't cover any lost costs due to the pandemic. Additionally, they automatically renewed my coverage without warning although I sent a letter to cancel by post. Their only advice was to hire a lawyer for the money I lost during my travels. I've never felt so scammed by an insurance provider. Would absolutely not recommend for travel insurance.

Very fast resolution of the problem. We have moved to another apartment and the administration had claimed some money from us, Allianz was very professional and helped us in this matter. I recommend them.

No communication at all..... my garage was not approved by the the insurance and i didn t get any warning about it, when on one side i got a word from the garage saying \you ll have just a cover to pay\. I ended up with a fine from the insurance on top of the cover. Thank you Allianz

Very competent assessment of the damage, communication and payment of bills, once the very professional local inspector received the case to evaluate. Astonishingly long time from the announcement of the damage until the local inspector received the case for evaluation. Process for internal handling of the case not transparent to the customer. All in all a satisfactory and professional handling of the case. The company can be recommended.

Terrible service from Allianz claim center. They did not reply despite our numerous mails and when we called them they said they were too busy to reply.!! On top they comment that our mails were in English..!! However, even after we wrote in French, we did not get any reply neither...
