Had a bizarre experience at Jean Louis David Vesenaz on Friday. It all started very well when I stopped by to take an appointment for brushing and the lady at the reception was very kind, assuring me we will finish in time before 1600 so I can pick up the kids from school. Then when I arrived for the brushing, the hairdresser Bertrand told me to sit down and wait, and continued going about his business. Eventually when he came to me, I asked him to do a brushing like on the picture of me taken after a visit to a hairdresser. To this Bertrand said that with my length and thickness, such brushing would not be possible and would not hold. I said - but I am showing you a picture of another hairdresser doing such brushing and it held. Bertrand answered - “ Why don’t you go to this hairdresser then?” I could not believe my ears but answered that the other hairdresser was on the other side of the lake and would take too long. Bertrand then started washing my hair, the water was cold. I waited patiently for the water to warm up, but it did not. I said : “Bertrand, the water is cold.” He changed nothing and said : “Do you want it warmer?” I said “Hmm... yes!” To which he switched off the water and said : “Well it’s finished anyway”. Then he did the brushing pulling my hair so hard as it had never been pulled before. I was very happy to get out of Jean Louis David Vesenaz as fast as I could - paid 65chf for rude service and cold water. I am never coming back !
Visiting JLD Vesenaz is like going on vacation. Professional team, amicable, and family atmosphere. My hats off to David, Selma and Jules.
La coupe de cheveux la plus désovante que je n'ai jamais resu. Ils embochent des amature tout droit sortie d'ecole. j'ai demandé un simple raccourcissement et que sa faisait un mois depuis la dermère fois. Elle a commencer par enlevé 3 cm de longueur et seulement après trois passage m'a t elle demandé si ce n'était pas trop cours. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. 58.- pour avoir la tête passé a la tondeuse. je recommande en aucun cas. Worst hair cut ever. thought that at least here in Geneva it would be of better standards than supercuts in the US. Unfortunately i was greatly mistaken. told the \hairdresser\ that i just needed it [my hair] shortened and that it had been a month since my last cut, which it had been. she starts by buzzing over an inch of the side of my head and only after the 3 passages does she ask if it isn't too sort. to which i answered that we can't put it back and that she should just finish at that length. charged me the full 58.- francs for basically buzzing my head over half as short than i asked for. if you're going to pay nearly 60 for a cut i strongly advise going elsewhere.

Toujours bien accueilli dans une ambiance sympa et jeune au salon JLD Vésenaz que je fréquente depuis des années. Si vous voulez changer de look où simplement donner un coup de jeune à votre coupe, demandez Cyril, my favourite, un professionnel hors pair pour des coups de cheveux stylé et moderne.
Super accueil, conseils très pro et tout est fait pour que nous passions un bon moment. Je recommande fortement Camille pour la couleur, elle est top. Bravo à David et son équipe!
