Was travelling through Basel on my way to Italy, and stayed in the hotel next door. Had fallen with my bike the day before. Dropped in 15 minutes before closing, trying my luck. The team was super friendly, had a look at it, took some time to put the gears back in order so I could continue using my bike while on holiday. No charge, but I bought something out of courtesy; it’s a beautiful store, so easy to find my pick! Thanks again!

Great shop, even better people. Patient and attentive, going beyond expectations every time - both with sales guidance and bike tech support. Good range of bikes from city fixies to screaming road machines. Choice apparel and lots of accessories for you and your bike. Also run regular weekly rides (no-drop social and high performance), ask in store or find them in Strava. Fluent English, German and I suspect lots more ️ \u200d️
