Staff are helpful, that's the only positive. Negatives: it's a monopoly, prices are high, produce is very limited and bad tasting. Very limited product range too. The \Volg\ chain and it's sister companies run a 6Bn/yr business, they could care more for the customer. That'll probably only happen if they get some competition/antitrust ruling.
