Fantastic customer service and friendly advice in English as my French is very basic. Excellent product range and returns service very good.
The staff is usually helpful and knowledgeable. They cut the wood for you free of charge. Bingo! Their exchange policy is customer friendly. If you’ve lost the receipt they may still allow to exchange the product. My favorite policy is the price matching: they’ll match their competitors prices on demand, plus a small discount. I’ve used it to buy our lawn mower robot. Yes, the robots have arrived... In my garden! “Run, Forrest, run!” I do run a lot when I’m at Hornbach, there are millions of products to see and buy... I often get distracted and loose the notion of time. Time’s up for this review!
