Simply wonderful. Presentation, flavor and ingredients. All fantastic.
The perfect meal when dining solo. Tasty, beautiful sushi platter... Outsourced to the 'chefs choice'. I sat at the bar. Nice spot and I wasn't rushed. Just wish there had been more sake by the glass rather than just bottles.
Excellent quality sushi and presentation, in a friendly and cozy environment. I enjoyed the handrolls and Hamachi, which are both hard to find in Switzerland. The menu is sushi focused, but they are flexible. We needed a vegetarian only option for one of us, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating this even though it is not on the menu. Pricey, but in balance with the quality.
Saw the ratngs and had to try it, but was quite disappointed. Very expensive and quality wasn't very high. Chirashi with tuna and one with salmon. Salmon and tuna were on a Coop/Migros Sushi Level... Rice was a bit undercooked. Nigiri rice felt slightly better, but the fish was the same. Just the beef sticks were great.
Small but warm place. Small portions with fair price and good service. I atr sashimi, temaki and a mochi per 27.50 CHF.
Best sushis I ever had. Classy restaurant, professional staff.
A few words. Just the best. The interior is lovely, the food is prepared in the restaurant, it was fast and the most important one, it was delicious. More than delicious. I think this will our regular stop while Inn Vevey
