I went this morning to return a few items that I bought recently and I have the receipt. The employee was very rude to me. She was talking in a terrible tone. I told her I have the receipt and my kids didn’t use it. This is the first time I had an experience like that at IKEA. I have had returned things in the past with no fuss and the employees were very respectful and well mannered except her. She said that other employees who returned stuff in the past for me were mistaken.What? She has no right to raise her voice at me, especially when i was very respectful. I don’t think she knows how to treat people. I would rather her not return the things and be polite than returning them and being rude. I really hope this won’t happen to anyone else. I was planning on going shopping at the store, and because of her I just went straight home. Good products and respectful and well mannered employees are the key to any business success.

Really nice and huge store with stuff available for whole household. A must visit place if you have just moved into the area.
Shopping during COVID restrictions, used click and collect at the drive through, efficient delivery and good selection of products under the circumstances.

Convenient covered parking, easy to access. Remember to validate your parking ticket at the machine in the car park stairwell (1). Delicious food in the restaurant and quite reasonable prices. Staff wear a badge indicating what languages they speak which is useful. Some items of furniture are available in store using a click and collect service through the staff order points around the showroom. This is different to the other system where you collect your own items from the warehouse. Had a very long wait and delay for this click and collect service. They only start gathering your item once you pay at the till then only one member of staff serving dozens of people. Surprisingly inefficient system for IKEA!
Mid-sized IKEA. Friendly staff, deliveries possible with partner company just outside the registers. The restaurant is usually quite busy but efficient and very well priced for Geneva, as per the IKEA motto that all families should afford to eat there. You can ask the staff to collect the pieces for your furniture for a fee, which is very convenient. The deli shop outside has a great selection of Swedish food. Välkommen!
A good example of IKEA's efficient marketing technic. The showrooms are clean and well designed. Good customer service. This remains my personal experience.
Pickpocket Central! This place is absolutely ratchet. We were pickpocketed here and given minimal support from the client services. They didn’t offer to review security cameras or anything. My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs, or if you must go, make sure to watch your belongings extra carefully here because there is a serious pickpocketing problem at this store!
