The only positive thing in this place is the only one they are not responsible of: the view. This place is awful. They treat people very poorly. I should have been careful already on the website. When they warn you that there is no soap and that you have to take yours what else will they be saving on? Additionally, they gave us the wrong room and around 21h (9 pm) kicked us out, and told us that we have to change RIGHT NOW. No compensation what so ever. The thermal bath is of the same caliber. Looks oldish and not really clean (swimming pool walls for example) It is way over priced for what it is. Go to Ovronnaz, Saillon or Lavey. Seriously you will have a better experience.

The bad things: - Not enough space to leave your towels around the main pool. - The towels get constantly "stolen" and if you are an apartment tenant there, which means you only take one while you stay they ask you to pay to have a clean or new one. - The outside path between the two pools was totally covered in slippery ice with no care taken whatsoever to be cleaned and defrosted. - Too crowded - Waiting queues for the showers - Waiting for the actual spa machines inside the pools - Too crowded in general - A lot of rooms have strong yeast / fungi smell - Receptionist barely speaks English - Sauna only sitted as it is difficult to find a whole bench free - No staff around at any time Other than that place was as expected.

It's expensive (as is everything in Swiss), but not too expensive. We booked 7 nights including a good breakfast for just over 1000 euro. The staff is very friendly and entrance to the big pools are included. Off season we had it all for ourselfs. Appartments are big and clean, but lack coziness such as pillows on the couch or some paintings on the wall.

Quite an alright place. I think it should be modernised a little in order to be able to compete with public baths. Till then, I would rather go elsewhere..

One of the best hotel resort that i stayed in Switzerland. You need a car to reach it since public transport is a little away. But the place is amazing. It has apartment type suites which was ideal for families with little kids. The rooms were spacious and kitchen well stocked. Its surrounded by beautiful natural beauty and has very good indoor and outdoor heated pools.
