Die Weine von Anne-Claire Schott sind charaktervoll und authentisch. Die Arbeit, die dahinter steckt ist bemerkenswert und es wird noch einiges passieren im Weingut von dieser Winzerin. Es lohnt sich sehr etwas Zeit zu investieren um die verschiedenen Weine zu verkosten. Der Chasselas ist subtil und frisch und der Pinot Noir zeigt was Pinot im Rebberg am Bielersee kann.
