Well, I bought the tickets online and it was the first time with Turkish Airlines. I traveled from Zurich to Istanbul and then to Göcek. On the international flights all was fine but when I flow with the local airlines from Istanbul to Göcek the airport's staff was not adequate: they laughed at me in Turkish because I was with flowers \u200d️\u200d️ and absolutely didn't understand English. Meanwhile the staff inside the airplane was very polite and a food was nice on the local and international airlines.

Zürich Airport counter is not staffed during listed opening hours (which are shown directly at the counter). Phone number redirects to the call center in Turkey which asks you to send your passport and credit card pictures over (unsecure) email to process...

Turkish air line support one change direction and date for the flight has booked before 20 may, we plan our flight! Suddenly Turkish change our flight by email it self!! And it counts as the one tim that we could change our flight!

Tried calling them 3x on different days to make a seat reservation. Unfortunately they always had system problems... i just hope their airplanes are more reliable...

30kg Baggage allowed but just in one suitcase on economy flight. I had two suitcases with me, which I wanted to give up and which were not over 30kg. But they said, that I had to pay an additional price to give up the second suitcase, even though the weight was not over the allowed 30kg. I was forced to pay the extra charge. This is an absolute effrontery. For example, Qatar Airways allows you to give up two suitcases, unless they're not over the allowed 30kg, but the Turkish doesn't. I suggest you better overthink you're "best airline" merchandising and marketing! This was an absolute terrible and expensive customer experience for nothing.

I hate Turkish Airlines with a passion. I have had the misfortune to travel with them a few times. Sometimes the flights are OK, but too many times, I have been crooked and abused by them. Tonight, I arrived at the check-in 10 minutes before the official closing, but because they didn't have enough clerks they let us wait and then happily announced that we were too late and thus our tickest were void without compensation. They let us than wait over an hour at their desk to try and re-book us. Whereby a normal late penalty fee (if we had really been late) should be 100 to 200 dollars, Turkish Airlines expected us to pay 800 dollars to be rebooked !! That is more than my original flight !
