We recently visited the store to buy Swiss Army knives for our teenage kids. Jay was really helpful advising us on the different models, super friendly (must be his Aussie background!) and took plenty of time to make sure the kids had exactly what they wanted, including engraving their names on the knives. We appreciated the excellent service!
