I used the SMC for an international move from Switzerland to Canada. It was a personal move paid by me so I was looking essentially for the best price/quality ratio. There were not surprises on the cost of the move, both the teams in Switzerland and in Canada were very efficient in optimizing the space and ensuring everything fit on the space reserved for shipping and then storage. I recommend SMC without hesitation.

Votre agent à Montreal a bien pris la suite, mes effets personnels ont été livrés la semaine dernière, une semaine plus tard que prévu mais avec tous les impondérables de la douane Canadienne, ceci n’est rien et certainement le minimum possible. Nous avons récupérer la voiture ce matin, votre agent nous l’a livré devant la porte, comme prévu. Je voulais juste vous envoyer un mail pour vous informer que tout s’est très bien passé. Service déplorable et manque de respect total. A éviter à tout prix. SMC ne possède apparemment pas de déménageurs en propre et mandate des services externes. L'organisation était terriblement mauvaise et le suivi inexistant, SMC ne prenant aucune responsabilité.
