So helpful! I was on a business trip, and my laptop suddenly stopped charging. I called apple which sent me there, when it was actually closed... But the owner saw me outside, completely desperate. She lent me a charger for a couple of days to make sure I could do my work. When I came back two days later, my new charger had arrived and they had already sorted out everything. I also bought a cover for my keyboard. I already bought one in the past on Amazon in the UK, but it was rubbish. This one from Moshi is expensive, but top quality and does the job perfectly. No doubt I'll come back again (if work ever sends me there again)! Highly recommended!
Awesome people and great support. My son's MacBook had broken keys. I took it in and they thought they might have to send it in and it would take a few days and a few hundred francs to repair. However, he managed to lift the brackets off another spare keyboard and fix things within a few minutes. And all of it for free! Very much appreciated.
Called them because I have a dodgy MacBook screen, they said you have to take it to the shop you bought it from - that's not easy as bought it in Australia!
Very supportive staff, which worked well and fast to fix my computer.
Strange place went in to by an Apple mouse. When I tried to pay with Visa they said that the mark-up on Apple products wasn't high enough and they would have to charge something extra unless I paid with cash. So I walked across the street and bought it in interdiscount.
Deuxième expérience, il n’y aura jamais de troisième!!! Je vais préciser au vu de la réponse qui fait passer le client pour le mauvais personnage de l'histoire, pas de place pour l'approximation. Je ne cherche pas le responsable du petit jeu, mais je recherche une solution. Effectivement, il ne s'agit pas de panne, plutôt d'un problème d'assemblage et contrôle qualité. Oui je vais contacter Apple c'est le seul conseil de votre part que je vais suivre. Continuez comme ça changer rien!
Equipe super pro, accueil chaleureux, réparation directe complète et rapide avec pièce de stock (disk), bref, service d'incroyable qualité! Mes remerciements tous particuliers à l'infirmière des Mac qui aime les réparer et... le chocolat ;-) Un client enchanté d'avoir frappé à la bonne porte !
