Swisscard has a great & useful app which gives you an overview of your credit card accounts irrelevant of how many credit cards you have. Furthermore, Swisscard should improve its app like the „apple pay“ with its payment abilities. They can include the payment service in their app.
SwissCard is the firm I want to recommend to everyone. Absolutely brilliant customer service - very quick, competent and humane. Great values! Interest rates low as you would expect on Swiss franc. Products very well thought through and practical. Flexible approach to business! You are the best.
I have had an account for about 10 years. The service is efficient and reliable. Support is also exceptionally good, on the few occasions when I have needed help the response time on the phone was quick and the assistance spot on. They also provide English hotline in Switzerland which is a bonus.
I had a super experience with the agent at Swisscard yesterday. So well spoken and polite and patience without the condensation. Hope I don’t need to call but if I do I am confident that all will be well.
Credit Card fraud, never received the token which the scammer must have used to register the card on his phone and pay in a store more than 1000.- in another country and then proceed to buy a sandwich. The credit card limit was exceeded by more than 1000.- (!!!)still all my fault and I have to bare the whole cost. I found out about the scam by chance, you would think that a controlling system would pick up on someone paying in another country but no. If you are a customer you could wake up tomorrow with your limit tripplefold exceeded. I would definitely stay away, don‘t recommend this company to anyone, in fact signing up was one of the worst decisions. Edit: In all fairness, I received the info that I have given my info in a phishing attack, nevertheless the limit was exceeded and my complaint is still being processed. -\u003e I was refunded the money exceeding the credit card limit, which I think is fair.
