An absolute ripoff. The shop advertises that the goods are Swiss made, hence the name. When we purchased an item thinking it was made in Switzerland, we found out upon inspection that it was junk made in Italy after we purchased it. The owner of the shop was rude and said exchanges only. Only after a good deal of discussion did the owner agree to refund our money. BUYER BEWARE.
