Very friendly, helpful staff.Room was big ,bright & clean .Breakfast was very rich. Food was tasty and fresh. Wellness very good .Just one Big minus room service is done not with love. (If kid was dropping smth on floor rooms service was never picking it up, and table in room was not organized)

Good things first 1. They have 3 restaurants (Swiss, International and Italian). Not so expensive compared to any Swiss Restaurant. 2. Bus takes you every half an hour to Cable car station to take you to mountains. 3. Lots of activities at resort (Pool, Spa/Sauna, Mini Golf etc) 4. Very friendly staff. 5. Breakfast buffet is good. Improvements/dislikes 1. Rooms are very small. 2. Beds were hard. We would defiantly go back to resort for weekend trips.

We have spent a great holiday in this resort, I think this place gives a better definition of a real resort not like many so called « resort... », I have got a massage with Ildikó and my husband too with another therapist at a very reasonable price and restaurant with great pizza Italian food, take way is also very convenient, kids enjoyed so much of the horse riding and tom’s happy club and many other activities such as bowling and swimming, everything was organized quiet well. I was everyday in steam room and jacuzzi to relax. The whole family had a great stay and the view in the vita parcours next door is just breathtaking. We are definitely coming back every holiday. Price quality extremely good compare with other regions in Switzerland! Services were excellent. Restaurant can be a bit slow but at a high season we could understand that. Overall 5stars is deserved.

We booked this holiday for 6 nights and ended up staying for two. The Hotel is completely overcrowded and the staff are unable to cope. The quality of the food is below average. This is not a four star hotel at all. I would have expected much better service considering the price that we paid. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then please avoid this hotel. It was not even possible to find one quiet corner to sit and have a relaxing drink.

The park was beautiful, surrounded by mountains. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had great food. Unfortunately our small, ground floor room was very hot, and there was no screen or any kind of privacy when we opened the windows. It made sleeping very difficult. We also didn't have any hot water on our first of two nights stay.

It was my third time up there and it literally got better everytime. There have been some upgrades to the rooms, as you can see the newst showers, lighting and overall standards have been improved. Its clean, spacious and has the most beautiful scenery around you can get. Even from the balcony you can see the view of my pictures taken. amazing. Food buffet and services are great and a good choice of diffrent nutritional options. Gym is well equipped and all the other possibilities around like spa, hikes, sport, inhouse bar, Pool and bowling and so on. Definitely a good getaway place for the weekend!

We went there gor swimming with our small kids. If you forget anything everything can be rented, thats the good. For all pools except the baby pool swimming aids are mandatory which our 10 month did not like at all. So it's really not suitable for small kids. The food at the swimming is very bad. The fries are fatty and soft, the nuggets tasteless. A disappointment. So we endet leaving after one hour with about 90 chf less. a total waste.
