Worst customer experience ever. I purchased a mattress from Sheraton Store, which was delivered by this company. The guys that delivered it said it could not be dropped off at my apartment and left it IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING even though I had payed more than 600 euros for the shipping and handling. In addition to that, one of the guys told me that would cost around 100 francs if I wanted them to bring it up to my apartment. Terrible service. Will make sure they come back to bring it up to my apartment otherwise I'll suing them asking for the shipping fee to be payed back.
