Beautiful Small camping site near the Bielersee So great for a swim and surrounded by hills and luscious countryside. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Flowers everywhere. Lovely hosts. An absolute must if you go camping in Switzerland!!!!

It's very nice but won't stay again unless we have kids and are rich. We paid about 36 euro for a 2 person tent and a motorbike for ONE night (no idea how that compares to a motor home or car!!!). The most expensive camping we've had over a 2 week trip throughout Europe and the campsite was only half full. We've had much better facilities in cheaper sites such as a cafe, bar, shop and showers that don't need to be pushed every 30 seconds. It is set in an orchard surrounded by farming fields and the plot sizes are massive (we only used 1/4). 5 min walk to the lake which was unreal We had a great experience with the guy who checked us in but when my partner went to ask to charge a phone he said he was pushed away by an older gentleman and told to figure it out himself. Its a great place if you're used to swiss pricing and love the sound of screaming kids!
Brilliant camping with good places. It was quite busy in the weekend but on Sunday night it was empty. You can walk to the lake for a swim. The kids enjoyed it also.
Lovely rural family campsite with good spaces for tents and views. Well cared for and clean and manager very friendly. Produce grown in the farm for sale, like apple juice, watermelon etc. Short walk to lake for swimming at public park. Will go again.
Beautiful camping place close to the lake. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I'm very much looking forward to coming again!
This camping was the worst experience of my entire life. I’ve never been treated as disrespectful as here! Don’t go there! On August 23 we arrived after a ling ride from south of France at Camping Lindenhof in Sutz Switserland. As we didn’t have a reservation we asked if there was a place for 1 night. The place was pointed out to my GF whilst I did the paperwork. Next we went to put up our tent at the appointed area. A non-designated numbered area for small tents. After putting up our tent (for 1 night 50 euro!) the owner passed by and told us that this the tent was not in the right place and he told us to break it down and move it 3 meters further. It was 34 degrees Celsius and the campsite was clearly overbooked. I asked him if he was serious and he said literally that he owned the land and could do wit it whatever he wanted and that he also could give our money back. I choose the latter! (I am the type of person that doesn’t want to be treated disrespectfully.) The farmer boy clearly had no clue that there is a difference between farming and hospitality. He was very rude! We packed and when I went collecting our money. The father of the farmer-boy opened the door quoted Dutch Poēt Brederode: “Het kan verkeren” (It can be.) and closed the door without further ado. I can recommend everybody to go somewhere else and safe yourself the misery of Camping Lindenhof!
Echt alles super! Ruhig, sauber, freundlich. Seebadi zu Fuss gemütlich in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Schöne Jogging- und Fahrradstrecken. Echt empfehlenswert. Etwas Verkehrsgeräusche von der Überlandstrasse hörbar.
Im Schatten der Obstbäume lässt sich‘s aushalten. Pros: Freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Grosszügiger Platz auf einer grossen Obstbaumwiese. Die Parzellen sind 100% begrünt und sind umringt von Feldern. Bauerhofamtmosphöre ohne die typische Landluft, da Obsthof. Kinderspielplatz für kleinere Kinder. Sehr saubere Toiletten, die mehrmals am Tag gereinigt werden. Sogar der Chef legt hier selbst Hand an. Die Duschen sind sehr komfortabel. WiFi ist kostenlos und sehr brauchbar. Cons: WiFi leider nur um den Sanitär-Bereich herum verfügbar.
