The rental was actually easy, nice and the downstairs staff was friendly. Just after returning the skis, we had to quickly put some stuff in the roof box but then a lady from the posh upstairs staff came out and told us in a very rude tone that we should not occupy 2 parking lots. Yes, my parking was unfortunate and I wouldn't have parked this way if there were not plenty of other free parking lots and packing the roof box would have taken more than 10min. Anyway, this is no way to treat anybody, in particular not a paying customer.

I came to ski service to rent a snowboard with boots n bindings for half a day I payed 65CHF then I came the second day n I payed the same, later I found out with a friend that renting the equipment for a whole season or for a month would be cheaper, I give one star cuz non of the workers shared this information with me n I payed alot for this 2 days n then never came back, cuz its too expensive to pay 65 CHF everyday for just half a day, not cool, it will be appropriate to get my money back or at least the option of renting the equipment for the whole month n discount the 130 CHF I already paid for 2 half days

Most horrible experience ever in Switzerland. I never fail to come to the Alps twice every year for ski holiday but I never had such a horrible, embarrassing experience at a rental shop. My apparently flawless Engadiner holiday got a shameful flaw at the very end with you. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for spoiling my holiday by not admitting your mistake, by overcharging me and by obstinately refusing to get it refunded. I'm starting to suspect there is racism behind this. I should have rented from Intersport with whom I never had any issue.

The easiest, fastest rental service we have ever experienced on either continent. Top notch staff and gear. Locations at the bottom of each lift and even on the mountain mean no hauling gear and if you want to switch gear it is almost instantaneous. I can not express how impressed we were!

They have a repair shop that will do their best to fix your equipment as fast as possible. Brought in a ski touring boot with a broken clasp in the evening and could pick it up the next day early in the morning.
