We can only confirm the other opinions and behavior of this dishonest agency. We devoted 4 hours to a meticulous cleaning of a studio of 16 m2. After a grotesque and trifling inventory (fingerprints on a mirror in bathroom), an attempt to charge for a so-called damaged door that was there on day one and we could prove it, 300 Swiss francs of \cleaning\ penalties - an hourly rate for a lawyer! The person who represented us for this inventory is a luxury real estate professional. He has never seen anything like it. To avoid at any cost !

The worst place I have ever experience. Old and small studio but with an incredible high rent. Don’t even expect that you will have your deposit back. Helly strict standard when you gonna checkout. And you will be charged a lot for that! They are not even satisfied with a fingerprint on the water tap. Come on! It is only a tap in the toilette, not a chocolate for eating! Generally, I even recommend to live in a hotel rather than Study-O, because finally you will pay a lot for nothing but bad experience!
Close to train station and supermarket. The rent is too high for the space rented. Additionally, fixed term of contract (one year) and terminating the contract in advance would cause a fine (about half month rent), even if the remaining contract term could be taken over by another tenant... Strongly advise not to go there.
The worst place I have ever lived in. Rent is too high for the location and for the size of the room ( the room is all cramped up). The landlord is almost always looking to rob you off the money for small things. I was asked to pay 120 euros at the time of check in to compensate the guy for the time which he spent to hand over the keys and check me in !!! He even kept a substantial portion of the deposit 1500( without any justification and without furnishing me any bills ) for a minor repair when I left. Wouldn’t recommend.
日本人のレビューがないので一応レビューをしておきます。一年前は英語の喋れるオーナーだったので問題なかったのですが、新しいオーナーになりフランス語しか話せないので、コミュニケーションに問題が生じます。また管理会社が変わったせいかわかりませんが、水道が動かなかったりしました。家賃も高いのであまりお勧めしません。フランス語が話せればそこまで問題はないかもしれません。 インターネットの速度も速くありません、速度を図ったところ大体5mbpsで、そこまで問題はないのですが、たまに1mbps以下になることがあります。そのためか、契約内容にインターネットに関するクレームは受け付けないと書いてあります。 比較的新しく建てられたアパートなので綺麗です。
