Good choice of things. Staff are helpful. I do not go there very often, so every time is always like the first time for me. Hobby craft section needs a bit of tidying up. But then again, shoppers need to be a bit more mindful and not mess things up. I have found all but one thing on my list, so all in all, a good day at the shop!

Good offering and fair prices
Awful customer service. I won't buy anything else from this online shop. I placed my order Nr. 902227371 on 24.03.2020, came partially damaged. I contacted customer service, waited for 15 days to receive response. Items that came damaged were resent to me. One bulky item came once again already damaged to the post sorting center. I got a call from them. They wrote a protocol and sent it back to Migros Do it Garten. I received a bill for 29 CHF for the return shipping, as per the Post, Migros ignored their bill. As a result, I haven't received neither a refund, nor the replacement for the damaged item. No refund for the return shipping of the damaged item. Wrote several emails to the customer service and I'm being ignored. Have not received any response in the last 3 weeks.
