I had a great consultation with a vendor called Lukas. Looking for a motorcycle to train on for the exam, Lukas presented some which would fit perfectly to my profile. Owing to my state as a learning driver, the motorcycles also needed to be sealed for 35kw use only. He even gave me catalogs for the bikes I have been most interested in. As I decided which one to buy, he created an offer with all the parts included I wanted to assemble on my satisfying new bike. About 1.5 Weeks later, I was already able to retrieve the bike. Love it!

I visited Moto-Center during a European Tour when I experienced a leak on my Front Tyre. This was caused by damage caused when fitting the tyre by a previous garage several days before. I called in on Saturday morning with no appointment hoping they could help. I was immediately helped to the Service department by a kind woman working in the Accessories department. I was handed over to Sascha Wyss who spoke impeccable English and said they could look at it straight away. The KTM mechanic quickly identified that the sealing ring had been damaged by the previous fitter. They had this part in stock and were able to change it straight away. Sascha only charged me a very minimal amount for the fitting because of my inconvenience and helpfully wrote a report of the damage with pictures so I was able to claim the cost back from the previous garage. He explained exactly what was happening every step of the way, showed me the damage and made me very comfortable in the shop / coffee shop in the meantime. Overall I was very impressed with the high standards at Moto-Center but I was particularly impressed with the professional, friendly manner of Sascha as a service assistant. Absolutely First Class! Thank you very much for helping me out of a difficult situation.
This is a really cool place to hang out at if you're into motorcycling. Many riders stop over here for some coffee or a lunch on their trip to the nearby mountain passes. It's a huge shop with a maintenance and repair garage attached. Their primary brands are BMW and KTM. The clothing section is well stocked with the latest fashion wear and you'd be hard pressed not to find something you like. The staff are amazing! There is no other word for it. Give it a try next time you're in the area. They've also got a low price introductory motorcycle course for those who haven't got a valid license and want to find out what motorcycling is all about.
I had a problem with my motorcycle (Bmw K1600 GT) somewhere near Thun and I decided to go to Moto-Center Thun to find out what it was. I took the best decision, because even though I arrived there 10 minutes before closing time, the guy in the reception and the mechanic gave me all the support I could have in this situation, and one hour later I left the place with my motorcycle in the perfect condition. Great service, great people, thank you from my heart!
