This place might share a menu with the place next door. I went into Schutzen but got a menu from Rio Churrasco. I guess I got there at a weird time as I was only allowed to order a few things off the menu. Nonetheless, the waiter was friendly and the food was good. I’d like to go back and try something odd the main menu.

I was there in mid July because living in Stansstand for a bit. In the afternoon I check the timetable here and saw the kitchen was open till 11 PM and there was not need to book. Nevertheless I went there around 9, asked at the main bar desk if there was a place for 1 person and if I could eat. I was told I could sit at anyplace would have been free, inside as outside. So i decide to get a sit outside, where I could be seen by all the staff. I was waiting for 30 minutes without anyone was coming to get my orders or ask for a drink or whatever. So I though I was not seen, even that could not have been the case. So I decide to move and get a sit in the front of the restaurant, still outside. After 10 minutes in the end someone come over( was already around 945), been asked for what I would have been order, I asked for a menu. I got it after another 5 minutes( one could though the there was few stuff, but at least 4 waiters plus a person at the bar and a manager). Then after another 20 minutes another waiter come over and asked me what I would have like to drink. Then I asked for the food I chosen, but I was told that the kitchen was already closed. Super unprofessional a NON customer friendly.
Great restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff
A place with nice ambience, nice food and great staff. The meat and the side dishes are of great quality. A highly recommended place. Maybe not so nice for vegetarians.

Great atmosphere and good food, ok price for all you can eat meat in Switzerland. Good assortment of different meats - lamb, horse, kangaroo and so on. Service is good. The title of Brazilian churrascaria sets the expectation high for me as a Brazilian though.
We ordered a 400g beef steak for 63 CHF. The moment they brought the steak, it smelled like “dung” or “manure”. I ignored the smell and tried to eat it adding some pepper, but couldn’t, so I told them. However, they didn’t tried to explain the cause of that smell, and I ended up paying the 63 CHF. THUMBS DOWN .
