The experience: Great experience with the wonderfully accommodating staff at Bucherer. The consultant was friendly and approachable from the beginning, and went to great effort to ensure my partner and I were well talmken care of during the purchase process. I spent close to two hours inspecting various timepieces, with the consultant happily helping me narrow down to a decision that matched my budget and the occasion I was purchasing for. I was never made to feel like a nuisance or that my time was not valued. The watch: After an hours long process on my own behalf trying various pieces either side of my rough budget, I settled on the Longines Hydroconquest in Sunray Blue. I was impressed with Bucherer's broad range of brands in the boutique, and was grateful to not feel like I was being steered towards a certain brand, or certain price point. Given the location, and the typical ski-town premiums you usually see for retail around the world, i was also pleased to see all of the timepieces I was presented were priced very fairly relative to their RRP. I couldn't have even purchased it cheaper in duty free at the airport, not to mention the joy of purchasing in a much more intimate setting with a better story to tell. As an overseas customer, they handled the VAT refund in store to make for a quick and easy drop off of forms when we left Switzerland later on. Exceptional buying experience in an idyllic and romantic Swiss town. Thank you Bucherer, I'll see you again next time.
The service is not the best, the products are selling themselves. They rely on that. We have ordered a watch, but it didnt arrive at all. If you want to buy watch ot jewellery there are plenty of other stores nearby.
