Slow cooked rib is amazing good service and good beer

Brauwerk does not only impress with their high quality beers - two of them are made for the restaurant only - but also with its great food quality. Everything on their menu has its unique taste you dont get anywhere else. The chef seems to like experimenting - and he does it very well! Last but not least, the service personel (esp. Luca) is well trained and knows a lot about brewing beer.
Good food, even better beer, nice location with interesting decoration inside. The service personal is yet a bit slow, I guess they are still optimizing everything.
Waited 15 minutes for a beer, didn't come... Many better places around.
