Made a booking online specially wrote in german what to do on the car and nothing else . They did without my allowance work that i didnt request .Customer service is so poor , they dont explain anything in what work iwhat is included and how much it costs. If you go there explained them exactly what you need to be done .Never imagined that I will be ripped off in Volvo service specially in Switzerland .

The dealer is a good garage also, i had some problems with my Volvo and they fixed it right away. Service is good and friendly staff. Not five stars because they are more expensive as a on the street garage.
