I ordered a vacuum cleaner online. More than two weeks later and I have still not received it. My emails go unanswered and when I call they make promises and say theyll get back to me but they never do. I have now requested a refund. Still no response.

Absolutely useless and cheap devices. We installed everything in our house from Miele. 2 years on, Oven, Microwave, Induction and Chimney replaced. Poor service quality and arrogant people esp in the call center. I wonder where the old Miele I knew was left behind as a company known for quality products and now only completely useless products. We regret our decision sadly :(. Even an electrolux or any other brand would have been better.

Stay as far away from Miele as you can! We chose their appliances for our home and have regretted it ever since. We have therefore chosen V-Zug for our new construction and we will be sure to tell as many people as we can of our nightmare. Never have we had such a miserable experience with a company.
