I have given this establishment the lowest and poorest review that I possibly can. Before I and my fiancée left to go to this ill-managed establishment, we checked up on the internet to check to see if the sauna facilities, where indeed open. And after our initial delight, after their website, informed us that it was, we got ready, and after a journey of 90 minutes, which included two buses, and a considerable amount of waiting around on the buses, we finally arrived at this establishment. Not only did they say on their website, that they where open, they where kind enough to send us a coupon, with a 20% discount, to their apparently open sauna. When we arrived, armed with both of our 20% discount vouchers, on our mobile phone, we where then, told in a rash and ignorant fashion, that the sauna was still closed, and that we should have checked their website, as it stated on there that the sauna was closed. After informing the woman that we did, and it said that it was open, and that we had a 20% discount voucher, for the sauna, sent by them to our mobile phones, she then informed us that we should have got onto, and checked on a computer, not a mobile phone, and insinuated that we where stupid in not doing so......
Well, to all reading this, I, as a tourist, have no access to a computer, but I do to a mobile phone, and it is about time that this establishment, for want of a better word, realised that most people would check up information like this on their mobile phone, and not on their computer!!!! I just hope they realise now, after reading this review, that, maybe to their surprise, that people can read this not only on a computer, but also on their mobile phone. They should not only update their site to make it accessible to both mobile phones, and computers!!!! When they are at it, they should also update their reception staff, and most of all their ignorant manner they treat tourists to their establisent!!!
